Referral Process:

Physician's send or fax a prescription for physical therapy. Our business office staff will verify insurance benefits, obtain authorization, and schedule patients within 48 hours of the first point of contact.

We are conveniently located in Clovis at Villa and Herndon Avenues directly north of Peachwood Medical Clinic.

7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday.
